Order never turned up despite being charged. After chasing them they promised to send the order and then never did. One day I got an email saying my order has been cancelled. Still waiting for my refund as well. Disappointed as was really looking forward to the foundation.

llamasqua is my favourite brand. Skin base lift concealer is the best one I have ever tried and I had many before it ,all top brands. Not comparable.
Highlither,Beyond powder,different shades,absolutely gorgeous.

I’ve always had good experiences with Illamasqua, however in February I was delivered a totally unusable dried up eyeliner. I contacted customer services months ago to obtain a refund and I’m still waiting for this to be resolved. No customer service email available and Live Chat not working. Extremely disappointing from a brand I previously trusted.

I have been using Illamasqua products for 10 years now and I keep coming back because the quality is so fantastic! The skinbase foundation is a must for pro muas. And the pigmentation of all the products is always really amazing. If i can dream of a look, I can create it with Illamasqua products ♡
